Designs for the new Bering 120 Explorer Yacht

Bering B120 Explorer Yacht

Bering Yachts has revealed details of its new semi-custom explorer yacht, the Bering 120.

Constructed of steel and aluminum, the new model is designed as a compact expedition yacht for adventurous owners and is an evolution of Bering's B117. She measures 37.42 meters L.A. and has a beam of 8.55 meters.

Despite its compact dimensions, the 370GT Super Yacht offers a surprising array of amenities, including a helipad on the foredeck for hassle-free arrivals and departures, even in remote locations, and the opportunity for fast-paced activities like heli-skiing.

There is also a dedicated owner's deck with a private apartment on board, as well as a retractable beach club with fold-out balconies.

Up to 12 guests and nine crew members can be accommodated on four decks. The interiors have been designed in a modern style with a neutral color palette that draws the focus to nature during the sea voyage.

Designed for extended cruising, the yacht offers a range of 4000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots and is equipped with an advanced stabilization system.

She complies with IMO Tier III regulations and is powered by two CAT C18 Acert engines rated at 1000 hp, capable of a top speed of 13 knots.

The Bering 120 joins a fleet of 12 different models from the shipyard, with the largest - the Bering 180 - measuring 55 meters in length.
