Bering 80 Explorer Yacht
Bering 80
The Bering 80 Explorer Yacht is Bering's most popular steel expedition yacht, of which five yachts are currently being built. Featuring three decks, the yacht offers excellent space both inside and out and can easily accommodate ten guests in addition to a professional crew of four. With a length of 26.2 meters (LOA), load line length of 23.95 meters and beam of 8.3 meters, she is one of the most voluminous yachts in her class with 235 GT and 220 tons displacement.
Popular features include generous storage space, an optional sauna in the Beach Club, a full-width owner's stateroom on the main deck, and a Sky Lounge with its own captain's cabin, fully equipped gym or library.
The fuel tanks hold 38.5 tons, twice the fuel capacity of her sister yachts. Powered by twin Cummins QSM-11s, the yacht can travel up to 6,000 miles at a speed of 9 knots. Top speed is 12 knots. Thanks to the high level of sound insulation and low engine speed, the Bering 80 is absolutely silent. This is important for especially long trips.
Coupled with her redundant control systems, she is a rugged, spacious and enduring Explorer Yacht.
Bering 80 attracts adventurers who want to reach the most remote corners of the world. The yacht is absolutely adaptable and can be equipped with all imaginable facilities that will help make every trip an unforgettable experience and not just to stay on board.
